Appointments/Enquiries
  • Appointments can be made between the client and Silica Window Tinting  through our email, phone, message, WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram or in person. Our team will respond to any reservation inquiries as soon as possible. Prices will be discussed through the aforementioned communication channels, and reservations will be confirmed based on availability.
  • Silica Window Tinting may provide your order request to any subcontractor within our network to fulfill your request promptly. When your service request is matched to a provider, your name, phone number, service address, and job information will be shared with that service provider.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or deny any booking or continue with their service if clients deem it to be unreasonable or unsafe.
  • All orders placed require address, contact details, service, and vehicle condition verification.
  • Silica Window Tinting reserves the right to refuse or deny client demands above and beyond the booked service.
  • Silica Window Tinting will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.
Refund Policy

Once the service is completed the client is given a chance to inspect the window tinting service. We give clients enough time to assess our work and prepare the payment. Once the service is completed clients can’t get any refund for the service already provide

Liability
  • We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • It’s in the client’s best interest to identify areas where prior damages are, safety, and sensitive areas before Esperto PTY.LTD offers its services. If after the work has commenced and without the knowledge of where the hidden compartments are Silica Window Tinting doesn’t take any responsibility for after-effect damage. It’s the client’s responsibility to get those problems fixed before Esperto PTY.LTD offers its services. If the pre-existing problem doesn’t get fixed and any new problem occurs during our services, that could be related to the pre-existing problem for which Silica Window Tinting doesn’t take any liability or responsibility.
Pricing
  • All services that we offer require a 20% deposit then booking will be confirmed
  • Once the deposit is paid & booking is confirmed, this means the client has accepted the agreed price.
  • Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.
  • Silica Window Tinting is liable to charge extra for travel if the location of the client is over a significant radius.
Method Of Payment
  • All service fees must be paid after the required work has been completed. We only accept cash, bank transfers, EFTPOS, credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), and company cheques. Prices online include GST that applies to services.
Professional Service Guaranteed
  • Silica Window Tinting guarantees our clients professional service. After the completion of the job, the client is expected to inspect all work carried out before the team leaves. After the team has left and issues are brought up will incur additional charges based on travel time and the cause of the problem.
  • If there is a probable and clear cause that the service is not fully completed as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge.
  • Any claims must be filed within 48 hours of the completion of the service by phone or email. 
Cancellation Policy
  • Silica Window Tinting will send you text messages or calls to confirm your service request, remind you of your appointment, notify you of your invoice and receipts, and acknowledgement of your cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.
  • Your service bookings are very important to Silica Window Tinting. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. As a common courtesy to everyone, we would greatly appreciate a 48-hour (2 days) notice before cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. The cancellation/rescheduling policy gives us time to inform our waitlist clients of any availability. In this way, another client may have an opportunity to grab your existing time slot.
  • If the team are already on the site and you decide to cancel or reschedule without any valid reason or failure to be present at the time and location, you will incur a charge of 100% of the service cost.
  • 48 hours before the due time won’t incur any charges.
  • 12 hours or less before the due time or on the day will incur 50% of the service cost.
  • Silica Window Tinting  reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but wherever possible will let the client know.
