Terms & Conditions
- All quotations are valid for 14 days.
- A clean and dust-free site is required for installation. If conditions such as ongoing dust, debris, or any unresolved structural issues prevent film installation, the appointment may be rescheduled until the site is suitable. Any additional visits due to unresolved site conditions may incur a minimum call-out fee.
- No existing film should need removal before installation unless charged for removal.
- All silicone work must be completed at least 24 hours prior to film installation.
- All furniture, fittings, computers, and/or personal items must be moved to allow for clear and reasonable access.
- While all care will be taken, we cannot accept any liability for any damage caused.
- Our work hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
- Out-of-hours work will attract additional charges and is subject to availability.
- You will receive text messages or calls to confirm your service request, appointment reminders, invoices, receipts, and any cancellation or rescheduling notifications.
- A 48-hour notice is appreciated for cancellations or rescheduling, allowing time to offer the slot to waitlist clients.
- If the team is on-site and a cancellation or rescheduling is requested without a valid reason, or if there is a no-show at the scheduled time, a minimum call-out fee of $550 (incl. GST) applies.
- If a panel is damaged, broken, or inaccessible the minimum call-out fee of $550 (incl. GST) applies.
- If we are unable to gain access on the scheduled day, the minimum call-out fee of $550 (incl. GST) applies.
- Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations or rescheduling made 12 hours or less before the appointment, or on the day of the appointment, will incur a charge of $330 (incl. GST).
- Once the non-refundable deposit is paid and the client decides to change the film after payment, the price of the job and the deposit may be adjusted accordingly. The client will be required to pay the revised deposit amount and proceed with the installation of the new film.
- When removing existing film installed previously, we will take all care but are not responsible for any glass breakages that may occur.
- Security films: 2-6 weeks
- Residential & Commercial films: 1-3 weeks
- Glass Cracking or Damage: Glass may crack during removal, especially laminated glass, due to thermal stress.
- Risk of Scratching: Scratches may occur on Low E glass during installation or removal.
- If any defects (such as bubbles or creases) appear within the first 7 days after installation, please notify us immediately. Within this timeframe, we can fix any issues. Beyond 7 days, the film may require replacement, and this will not be covered under our 10-year installation warranty.
